Fully automatic gauze ball production line

I. Process Flow 

1. The fabric rolls with a width of 10 to 40 cm are fed onto the machine. They are folded longitudinally 4 to 8 times, resulting in fabric strips with a width of 2.5 to 5 cm after folding. 

2. Fold the strip horizontally again. The number of folding layers can be adjusted as needed. 

3. Once the set length is reached, it will automatically cut off. 

4. Automatically insert the core when the fabric tail is cut off; 

5. Automatic discharge; 

6. Automatic start.
