II. Production Process
The line adopts a continuous operation mode; the production process is as follows:
Raw material unwinding: The high-elastic crepe bandage master roll is fed smoothly into the line via a pneumatic-assisted loading device.
Tension control and deviation correction: Equipped with a pneumatic tension brake and precision linear guide rail, ensuring constant tension and bidirectional horizontal deviation correction during unwinding for stable material travel.
Automatic hemming: Automatically locks the edges on both sides of the bandage to prevent fraying, improving durability and safety.
Cut-to-length conveying: According to the set length, the servo system precisely controls the conveying distance, preparing for rolling.
Automatic rolling: The bandage is automatically wound at the rolling station according to set tension and number of turns, with consistent roll diameter.
Automatic cutting: After rolling, the automatic cutting device precisely cuts the bandage.
Roll drop and conveying: The finished roll automatically drops and is conveyed to the pillow-pack packaging station.
Pillow-pack packaging: A pillow-pack machine automatically wraps, seals, and heat-seals the bandage rolls to complete final packaging and output finished products.
