Pad-Welded Bandage Roll + Pillow-Pack Packaging Production Line
Pad-Welded Bandage Roll + Pillow-Pack Packaging Production Line
I. Equipment Overview
This production line is a fully automatic, integrated medical bandage production system that combines four processes—texturizing, pad welding, rolling, and inline pillow-pack packaging—into one, achieving full-process automation from fabric roll loading to finished-product packaging and discharge. The equipment supports multiple widths of 6/8/10 cm and can produce two rolls simultaneously, meeting both flexible small-batch, multi-spec requirements and large-scale continuous production.
II. Equipment Parameters
| Item | Spec |
|---|---|
| Model | BD-120 |
| Finished width | 6/8/10 cm (two rolls can be loaded simultaneously) |
| Texturizing main machine dimensions (L×W×H) | 1.9 m × 0.55 m × 1.65 m |
| Pad-welding & rolling main machine dimensions (L×W×H) | 1.9 m × 1.2 m × 1.55 m |
| Capacity | 10–12 rolls/min |
| Power | 3.5 kW |
| Air source | 0.8 MPa |
III. Process Flow
Texturizing (rebound rate 1–2 cm)
| Step | Operation |
|---|---|
| Step 1 | Prepare the fabric roll of the required width for rolling and load it into the machine. |
| Step 2 | High-temperature texturizing to give the bandage its elastic rebound property. |
▪ Pad Welding
| Step | Operation |
|---|---|
| Step 1 | Load the large absorbent pad roll and feed automatically. |
| Step 2 | Automatic cutting. |
| Step 3 | Automatic pad placement. |
| Step 4 | The heating plate automatically heat-welds the absorbent pad (non-ultrasonic welding). |
| Step 5 | After welding, the upper and lower plates open automatically. |
| Step 6 | An insert plate slides in and the manipulator automatically releases the product to prevent sticking. |
▪ Rolling
| Step | Operation |
|---|---|
| Step 1 | Automatic rolling. |
| Step 2 | Automatic cut-to-length. |
| Step 3 | Automatic discharge. |
▪ Inline Pillow-Pack Packaging
| Step | Operation |
|---|---|
| Step 1 | Automatic product arranging. |
| Step 2 | Enter the pillow-pack packaging machine. |
| Step 3 | Empty-package detection, automatic packaging and discharge. |
